While we strive to keep the information on the Devprayag website accurate and up-to-date, Anvayasri makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability of the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. All specifications, pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. You should always confirm details directly with the owners.

2. The information contained on this website is for general informational purposes only. While we endeavour to keep the information correct and up-to- date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

Anvayasri and Devprayag are not liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or claims arising from the use of the event space or any equipment provided, including but not limited to accidents, theft, property damage, or interruptions to utility services. Clients and their guests use the premises entirely at their own risk. The client hosting the event is responsible for all liabilities arising from their event.

4. Anvayasri shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government restrictions, power outages, or severe weather. In such events, our liability will be limited as detailed in the Devprayag Event Agreement.

5. All deposits and payments are subject to our official cancellation and refund policy, which is available upon request and outlined before the client enters into the contract.

6. Devprayag may provide a list of preferred vendors for the convenience of our clients. However, Anvayasri is not an agent for these vendors and is not responsible for the quality, reliability, or conduct of any third-party services or products. Clients who engage outside vendors do so at their own discretion and must ensure all vendors comply with Devprayag's operational policies and hold adequate insurance.

7. Through this website, you may be able to link to other websites which are not under the control of Anvayasri. We have no control over the nature, content, and availability of those sites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.

8. By entering the Devprayag event premises, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded through the surveillance cameras. These recordings will be used strictly for legal purposes only, if need be.

9. The management will take prior permission of the client to use photographs, videos, and recordings for marketing, promotional, or other purposes. We will not use any content if the client is not comfortable with it.

10. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Anvayasri and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use and/or duplication of this material without express and written permission is strictly prohibited.
