Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your event at Devprayag:
Vegetarian Food Only
Devprayag is a strictly vegetarian venue and doesn’t allow cooking or consumption of non-vegetarian food in the premises.
No Smoking or Alcohol
Devprayag has a strict no-smoking and no-alcohol policy.
Music Volume & Timings
Clients and guests are expected to keep volume level under acceptable decibel norms. No music allowed before 6.30 AM and after 9.30 PM.
Guest Capacity
Devprayag can accommodate a maximum of 350 guests due to its intimate setting.
Advance & Security Deposit
A 10% +GST (of the total fee) as advance and 5000 INR (in cash) towards security deposit, has to be paid at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelation with a month’s notice (of the event) will not incur any charges and booking amount will be refunded in full. Booking amount will not be refunded if cancelations are done with less than a month’s notice.
Security Deposit Refund
Refund of security deposit (in cash) in partial or full, will be done after the event after assessing the event for any damages.
No Drilling or Wall Damage
Clients or their vendors are requested not to drill or deface the walls. Any such act will incur deductions from the security deposit.
Vendor Policy
Devprayag has a set of preferred vendors for doing decorations and expect the clients to choose from them. Clients can bring in their own caterers. They are however expected to visit the venue prior to the event to understand the venue norms. The client will be responsible for the vendors that they bring in.
Cleanliness
Devprayag is a sacred place for us. Please respect the surroundings and help us keep it clean.
Pets on Leash
Devprayag allows pets in its premises but expect them to be on leash and not cause any harm to any of the staff, guests or patrons. The client will be responsible for their pets or any pets that their guests bring into the venue.
Water, DG & Electricity Usage
Though water, electricity and DG consumption (in case of a power-cut) is not separately charged, we request the client to be mindful of its usage and conserve it wherever possible.
